About This Role:- Oversees daily pharmacy operations, including accurate medication dispensing, inventory management, and adherence to compounding and DEA regulations.
- Ensurescompliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, while maintaining pharmacy policies and procedures to support patient safety and regulatory standards.
- Provides clinical pharmacy services such as medication therapy management, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises pharmacy staff, fostering professional development and maintaining efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Promotespharmacy programs and initiatives, engaging with the community and healthcare partners to expand services and enhance patient care.
Required Education & Experience:- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Valid and active state Pharmacist licensure required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
