  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and streamline daily pharmacy operations to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Excellence & Safety: Champion performance improvement initiatives, focusing on medication safety, medication use evaluations (MUEs), and cost-effective pharmacoeconomic strategies.
  • Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of dedicated pharmacists, pharmacy residents, and pharmacy students through ongoing competency assessments and tailored training programs.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage and optimize the departmental budget, balancing high-standard clinical care with smart pharmacoeconomic practice.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and guidelines.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:
