Full Job Description
Rebound Surgery Center is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to oversee all pharmacy operations, medication management, regulatory compliance, and clinical pharmacy services. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and ASC Medical Director, this leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant pharmaceutical care that supports patients, providers, and staff.

Key responsibilities include leading pharmacy staff, managing medication safety and inventory programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards, supporting quality improvement initiatives, conducting staff education and training, overseeing controlled substance management, and driving operational and strategic improvements through data analysis and process optimization. The Pharmacy Manager also serves as a key liaison between pharmacy services and clinical departments while maintaining pharmacy systems and supporting survey readiness activities.
