Job DescriptionIndependently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems. Contacts MD's nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care. Manages drug therapy protocols as part of physician-pharmacist-nurse team. Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.
Required Qualifications:- Upon hire: Montana Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- PharmD - Pharmacy
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
