The Pharmacist is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization's mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential ResponsibilitiesUnder the auspice of the Director of Pharmacy, the Staff/Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for assuring that the drug therapy needs of the patients are met. This position directs and may be called on to evaluate the performance of all Pharmacy Technicians.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with a B.S. Degree.
- Registered or board-eligible pharmacist in the State of New Hampshire.
- Experience in institutional practice is desirable.
- Must be self-directed and capable of supervising support personnel.
- Must have effective communication skills
