Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Sandstone Pharmacies Henday Centre in Innisfail, Alberta.
Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
Administer vaccines and immunizations
Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities
Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
