As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, effective medication management while supporting a positive patient experience in a collaborative clinical environment.
What You'll Do & Bring

As a Pharmacist, you will oversee pharmacy services, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical operations while delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by providers
  • Monitor patient drug therapies and provide clinical guidance and interventions
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee pharmacy operations including order verification, controlled substance tracking, and inventory management
  • Remove expired or damaged medications and maintain safe storage practices
  • Supervise pharmacy staff and support daily pharmacy operations
  • Conduct training for pharmacy personnel related to medication safety and protocols
  • Support development and maintenance of pharmacy policies, procedures, and formularies
  • Administer immunizations and vaccines as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within scope
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy or Pharmacology
  • Active and valid pharmacist license in the state of Texas
  • Proven experience as a pharmacist
  • Strong knowledge of medication therapy, pharmacology, and dosage requirements
  • Experience with pharmacy systems and software applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
