As a Pharmacist, you will oversee pharmacy services, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical operations while delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by providers

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and adherence
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory requirements
Oversee pharmacy operations including order verification, controlled substance tracking, and inventory management
Remove expired or damaged medications and maintain safe storage practices
Supervise pharmacy staff and support daily pharmacy operations
Conduct training for pharmacy personnel related to medication safety and protocols
Support development and maintenance of pharmacy policies, procedures, and formularies
Administer immunizations and vaccines as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with regulations
