Shift: 36hrs/wk, rotating, overnight shift. Weekend and holiday requirements.

Position PurposePrepares and dispenses medications and other pharmaceutical supplies, using standard professional procedures to fill written or verbal physician orders. Performs all duties of a pharmacist providing professional and ethical service to the patients and employees of the hospital. Adheres to all departmental and hospital policies and procedures. Responsible for managing pharmacy services for Medication/Vaccination clinics at St. Mary Medical Center in coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Activities in this role may include but are not limited to: rounding with a medical team or physician groups, evaluating, monitoring and modifying drug therapy as necessary, providing recommendations to optimize patient outcomes, identifying safety issues, ensuring cost effectiveness as well as providing drug information for medical personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:- PharmD
- PA Licensed Pharmacist
- Experience preferred
