Our Bessemer location has strong upside potential, an existing compounding lab with expansion opportunity, and the ability to develop new revenue channels, including compounding services and long-term care at home support.

If you want autonomy, influence, and the ability to make a measurable impact, this role is built for you.

  • Build referral relationships with providers, facilities, and community partners

Technology & Systems
  • Utilize advanced pharmacy systems and workflow tools
  • Experience with PioneerRx is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with phone/IVR systems such as Lumistry (formerly Vow) a plus
  • Use data and reporting to drive smarter decisions
