Pharmacist Director, Sterile Compounding Pharmacist-in-Charge

This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong sterile and non-sterile compounding experience and the leadership ability to build structure, improve performance, and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead pharmacy operations and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
  • Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and lab leadership
  • Improve workflows, systems, accountability, and efficiency
  • Oversee staff training, scheduling, hiring, and performance
  • Partner with senior leadership to support continued growth
  • Maintain the pharmacy's exceptional standards for quality and patient care


Requirements

Pharmacist in Charge/Licensed Pharmacist
  • Extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding experience
  • Proven operational and people leadership
