Pharmacist Director, Sterile Compounding Pharmacist-in-Charge

Position Responsibilities: - Lead pharmacy operations and serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
- Manage and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and lab leadership
- Improve workflows, systems, accountability, and efficiency
- Oversee staff training, scheduling, hiring, and performance
- Partner with senior leadership to support continued growth
- Maintain the pharmacy's exceptional standards for quality and patient care
Requirements Pharmacist in Charge/Licensed Pharmacist- Extensive sterile and non-sterile compounding experience
- Proven operational and people leadership
- Experience implementing systems and process improvements
- Strong self-awareness, judgment, and communication skills
