Full Job Description
  • JOB SUMMARY
    • Responsible for performing all aspects of pharmaceutical care for the hospital system patients, including: effective drug use control; safe and efficient drug distribution; appropriate medication selection; provision of drug information to meet the needs of physicians, nurses, patients and ancillary department personnel.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Education
      • Must be a graduate of a school or college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy.
    • Training and Experience
      • Previous hospital pharmacy experience and/or an American Society of Health System Pharmacists. An accredited residency program is preferred, but not required.
      • Licensure: Must possess and maintain an Ohio State license as a Registered Pharmacist.
    • Health and Background Requirements
      • Employment contingent upon successful completion of:
        • Physical
        • Background Check
      • Must be physically able to perform all job duties as assigned.
