Full Job Description
Works at multiple sites within state(s) of licensure. Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems. Contacts MD's nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care. Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent education/experience
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
