Job Summary
"¢ Provide pharmaceutical care by preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with regulations
"¢ Ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals in collaboration with healthcare providers
Key Responsibilities
"¢ Interpret and evaluate medication orders for accuracy and completeness
"¢ Prepare, compound, and dispense medications in compliance with standards
"¢ Review patient records and provide guidance on medication use
"¢ Monitor patient responses and adjust medication regimens as needed
"¢ Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
"¢ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications
"¢ Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program
"¢ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
"¢ Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Certifications
"¢ ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
"¢ Licensed RPh in the state of North Carolina
