Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enters orders into pharmacy computer.
- Monitors for appropriate and rational drug therapy.
- Provides all drug distribution activities, (order entry, dispensing, checking) for all patient populations.
- Accurately enters orders for intravenous admixtures, chemotherapy, and total Parenteral nutrition for all patient populations.
- Provides drug information to all nursing units/clinical staff utilizing reference materials and internet resources.
Qualifications:
- B.S. Pharmacy
- New York State Pharmacy License
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Posted Salary RangeUSD $63.00 - USD $82.80 /Hr.
