Responsibilities

  • Assure appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medications

  • Communicate with physicians and clinicians to facilitate care

Location: Tulsa, OK

Facility: Ascension St. John's Medical Center

Department/Specialty: Pharmacy

Schedule: FT, 7am-3:30p; every other weekend, every other holiday; 3-4 evening shifts per month, 2:30pm-11:00pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
