Title: Personnel Security General Investigator (Senior) - 100% OnsiteLocation: Reston, VAAbout this position:iWorks is seeking a Senior Personnel Security General Investigator to conduct and manage complex administrative investigations and provide expert investigative support.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.Salary Range: 96k-106k
- commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:- Plan and conduct administrative investigations.
- Interview subjects, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze records and evidence.
- Prepare investigative reports and findings.
- Develop recommendations and corrective actions.
- Provide guidance on investigative methodologies.
Required Education/Qualifications:- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of investigative experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong interviewing, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Experience conducting complex investigations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree.
- Experience leading investigative teams.
