What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of Florida plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. (Required)

  • Must pass a pre-employment screening.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
  • Draft, review, and organize Requests for Admissions, Interrogatories, and Requests for Production.
  • Manage discovery responses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, complaints, and proposed orders under attorney supervision.
  • Track and manage non-party production, requests for copies, and maintain non-party logs.
  • Draft and review Civil Remedies Notices (CRNs).
  • E-File documents on both state and federal levels.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to drive cases forward.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).
