DescriptionTonaLaw is seeking an experienced personal injury manager to own the full operational lifecycle of our caseload. This is a senior-level management role responsible for case production from intake through disbursement. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and be responsible for case volume, settlement pace, staff performance, vendor relationships, and process integrity across the department.

Responsibilities• Oversee the case lifecycle from intake confirmation through settlement, trial, or closure
• Manage case milestones, deadlines, and follow-up cadences across the litigation team
• Track medical record retrieval, treatment timelines, demand packages, and negotiation status
• Monitor case aging and flag stalled files for escalation
• Maintain data integrity in the case management system and CRM
• Oversee lien resolution, including medical liens, Medicare/Medicaid, and third-party claims
• Oversee the firm's litigation calendar and all critical deadlines across active dockets
• Manage client relationships, ensuring communication is proactive and professional
• Train staff on systems, workflows, and best practices
• Directly supervise staff, manage performance, accountability, and development
Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Experience managing litigation calendars and deadline-driven workflows
• Strong client communication skills
• Proven track record in managing staff and holding teams accountable to production metrics
• Experience with case management and CRM software
• Paralegal certificate, legal operations background, or equivalent experience preferred
