Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management.
• Strong knowledge of medical treatment and effective case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a high volume of cases.
• Professional demeanor and high motivation essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Review and analyze medical records to determine case value and coordinate treatment.
• Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates and clarify medical treatment.
• Guide clients in navigating medical providers and processes.
• Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens.
• Assist clients with property damage claims.
• Gather and organize documentation including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Prepare and submit demand letters.
