The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in personal injury cases.
Responsibilities: - Provide legal guidance and support to clients with personal injury claims
- Conduct legal research and analysis of cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
- Collaborate with legal team members and staff
- Stay up-to-date with personal injury laws and regulations
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state
