Personal Injury Attorney (Austin, TX - Hybrid Eligible)

Must be based in or near Austin, Texas

Ramos James Law, PLLC is an award-winning plaintiff's personal injury firm looking for a Texas-licensed attorney with 2+ years of personal injury experience who is ready to serve as lead counsel on a litigation docket. Compensation
  • $125,000-$150,000 yearly compensation
  • Ceiling-free commissions

What You'll Do
• Serve as lead counsel on your personal injury docket
• Develop a case strategy with meaningful autonomy and team support

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and correspondence
• Argue motions and represent clients in court

• Resolve settlements and verdicts, including liens and disbursements

• Identify issues and implement solutions proactively

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to manage a heavy, fast-moving caseload
