  • Case Evaluation & Client Consultation:
  • Meet with potential clients to assess their cases.
  • Provide legal advice and outline possible courses of action.
  • Legal Research & Case Preparation:
  • Investigate accident reports, medical records, and witness statements.
  • Gather and analyze evidence to build a strong case.
  • Consult with medical experts, accident reconstruction specialists, and other professionals.
  • Negotiation & Settlement:
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Seek to maximize settlement amounts before proceeding to trial.
  • Litigation & Court Representation:
  • Draft legal documents (complaints, motions, & discovery requests).
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
  • Present arguments, question witnesses, and advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Client Communication & Case Management:
  • Keep clients informed about case progress and legal strategies.
