  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various teams including engineering, procurement, operations, and executive management.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to develop tailored customer solutions and new products.
  • Create and implement sales plans while negotiating contracts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee pipeline activity and analyze data through CRM for effective pricing and account strategy management.
  • Travel up to 50% across North America to engage customers and build strong key account relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a growing $6M+ market and drive sales growth by expanding key OEM accounts and developing new business opportunities. 

  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive teams. 

  • Identifymarket trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support growth strategies. 

  • Partner with Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-focused solutions and new product opportunities. 

  • Develop and execute sales plans, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. 

  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, pricing, and account strategies through CRM and data-driven analysis. 

  • Travel up to 50% across North America to support customers, uncover opportunities, and strengthen key account relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales,marketingor product management withtrack recordof increasing responsibility
