We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead and managepre-litigation personal injury cases. This role focuses heavily on case evaluation, demand approval, strategic negotiation, and oversight of pre-litigation teams to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and the firm. The ideal candidate is a confident negotiator with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of resolving personal injury cases efficiently and effectively before litigation.

Responsibilities
• Negotiate and resolve pre-litigation personal injury claims with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Review, evaluate, and approve settlement demands for accuracy, strategy, and value
• Provide guidance and oversight to pre-litigation case managers and support staff
• Monitor case progress to ensure timely resolution and compliance with firm standards
• Evaluate liability, damages, and medical records to maximize case value
• Develop and implement negotiation strategies tailored to each case
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, settlement offers, and expectations
• Ensure ethical, professional, and client-centered representation at all times

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree and a J.D degree are required
• State Bar Association membership and a state license to practice law are mandatory
• 3+ years of personal injury experience, with a strong emphasis on pre-litigation matters
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and efficiency
