Growing PI & Workers Compensation Law firm seeks PI Attorney to handle litigated cases. We are looking for an attorney who has a passion for helping people. The perfect candidate is someone who can hit the ground running to give the clients outstanding representation, as well as take ownership of a client's case.

The perfect candidate must possess a willingness to meet personally with clients, the ability to handle a high caseload, commitment to abiding by the set laws and behaving ethically, excellent personal skills, strong critical thinking skills, adaptability and attention to detail, ability to work on a case independently, ability to work with a team of attorneys, ability to communicate and writing and verbally effectively.

Responsibilities
• Research and brief legal issues, writing persuasive legal documents, and arguing legal cases before state and federal courts.
• Draft legal documents as necessary.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and other hearings.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies related to their cases.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations applicable to clients' matters and provide advice and counsel accordingly.
• Ability to work with others.

Qualifications
• Must be licensed in Illinois.
• 1-5 years of experience.
• Recent grads are Welcome.
