Full Job Description
Description

Avagyan Law Firm is seeking an experienced, driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for an attorney with strong personal injury experience who wants to take a meaningful role in developing cases, supervising a high-volume pre-litigation team, and/or handling matters through litigation.

We are open to candidates whose strengths are primarily in pre-litigation, litigation, or both. The pre-litigation component is primarily a supervisory and strategic attorney role, rather than a case-manager position.

Compensation: $160,000-$200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise PI case managers, paralegals, and legal assistants while overseeing pre-litigation matters.
• Analyze liability, damages, medical treatment, insurance coverage, policy limits, liens, wage loss, and overall case value.
• Develop case strategy, review demands and policy-limit packages, and negotiate settlements with adjusters and defense counsel.
• Manage litigation matters, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, experts, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
• Ensure excellent client communication, case progression, and compliance with all statutes and court deadlines.
• Work closely with management to strengthen case results, team performance, PI operations, and department growth.
