The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Consolidate team action items and track their completion
- Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
- Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results
- Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible
- Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time
- Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data
- Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
- Support development and updates of monthly reporting
- Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in data analysis for a large project
- Have experience in mass grading, permitting for local authorities ideally for data Center projects
- Enjoy collecting and interpreting data,analysingresults & creating automated reports for stakeholder review
- Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
- Have workedclosely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions
The salary range for this role is between $96,000 and $126,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set and education.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
