What we require you have...- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Periodontal Residency Certificate of Completion.
- Active and unrestricted dental license.
- Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
