Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Work with manager to execute strategy for paid social and affiliate marketing channels according to business KPIs and YOY growth goals
• Analyze performance and data of managed channels on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal performance
• Procure advertising assets from other departments and modify to ad spec if necessary
• A/B test creative and bid strategies
• Create relevant advertising audiences using 1st and 3rd party data
• Assist with Instagram Shop features and direct checkout platform
• Partner with new affiliates, review and approve applications, and cultivate relationships with existing ones
• Create reports and documents that track and provide critical feedback regarding the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, activities, and promotions
• Implement marketing pixels and product feeds

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets to cut data a variety of ways
• Proficiency in: Word, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of premium and luxury fashion brands
• E-commerce apparel experience a plus

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range is $75,000- $90,000 per year.
