Full Job Description
The Business Intelligence Lead leads reporting, KPI measurement, and BI support for Part D risk adjustment programs. The role solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Business Intelligence Lead – Part D Risk Adjustment leads business intelligence, KPI reporting, and performance measurement for Part D risk adjustment programs. The role defines business rules, metric logic, and reporting requirements and translates business needs into repeatable reports, dashboards, and analytic datasets. The position partners with HTA/IT and enterprise data teams to support a modern reporting and analytic environment, scalable reporting solutions, and curated datasets. Key Responsibilities • Lead business intelligence and reporting for Part D risk adjustment programs • Define KPI measurement logic, business rules, reporting requirements, and analytic specifications • Translate business needs into repeatable dashboards, reports, and analytic datasets • Partner with HTA/IT and data teams to support scalable reporting and analytic solutions and curated datasets • Serves as the team’s subject matter expert for data visualization and best practices • Support automation, recurring performance measurement, and broader team usage of BI outputs • Validate and ensure BI outputs are accurate, usable, and supported by appropriate controls Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics • Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud analytic environments • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting using healthcare datasets • 3+ years’ leadership experience in business intelligence or analytics projects • Advanced SQL/data wrangling skills • Experience defining business logic, metric definitions, and curated reporting datasets in partnership with technical teams • Experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting • Proven ability to translate business requirements into recurring analytic datasets and reporting solutions • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior and executive leadership • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) • Experience with Python/PySpark for analysis, automation, or data preparation • Familiarity with healthcare risk adjustment, medical and rx claims, membership, or provider analytics • Experience operationalizing automated data workflows and reporting data preparation • Knowledge of data governance and control practices • Expertise in data mining, and/or predictive modeling This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
