Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Assets.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications and financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience with consolidation, elimination, and allocations processes.
  • Skilled in designing and troubleshooting nVision reports.
  • Capable of conducting functional overview sessions and conference room pilots, as well as documenting functional designs and test cases.
  • Familiarity with application setup, configurations, and integration solutions for Enterprise Applications.
  • Knowledge of PS Query and key transactional tables.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert providing PeopleSoft functional support in the Finance area.
  • Conduct functional testing and oversee the review documentation for processes, designs, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand existing application requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain financial reporting using PeopleSoft applications.
  • Provide on-call and production support for application issues during weekends and outside business hours.
  • Design and manage complex nVision reports to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate user training and support sessions to enhance end-user capabilities.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

As PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant, you are responsible for providing PeopleSoft functional support by acting as subject matter expert in Finance Area with 15+ years of experience in following areas:
• Experience in PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management working with the following modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Projects (PC), Accounts Receivables (AR), Billing (BI), Assets (AM)
• Expertise in trouble shooting, maintenance and support of Oracle PeopleSoft applications & financial reporting
• Hands on experience in Consolidation, elimination and Allocations
• Designing and troubleshooting Nvision reports
• Conduct Functional overview sessions/ Conference Room Pilots, Review Document related to to-be process, Functional Designs and Functional test Cases document, Conduct Functional testing
• Understand the existing Enterprise Application requirements including application Setup, Configurations, overall application Landscape/ integrations and able to provide drive solutions
• Experience with PS Query and key transactional tables
• Knowledge on PeopleSoft Security, PeopleSoft nVision, Tree Manager

Additional Skills:
• Expertise in PeopleSoft application modules (HR, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
• Strong understanding of PeopleCode, Application Designer, and other PeopleSoft development tools
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle)

Experience with web server technologies (e.g., WebLogic)

On call support (weekends and off business hours) and production support.

Base Salary Range : $140,000 to $145,000 Per Annum
