Key Responsibilities
PeopleSoft HCM Architecture Leadership
Serve as the lead architect for PeopleSoft HCM solutions, including:
Core HR
Benefits Administration
Payroll
Workforce Administration
Time and Labor
Absence Management
Talent Management
Recruiting
Learning Management
Compensation Management
Define and maintain enterprise HCM architecture standards and best practices.
Provide governance and oversight for PeopleSoft application design, integrations, security, and data management.
Modernization Strategy & Transformation
Lead assessments of existing PeopleSoft HCM environments to identify technical debt, customization complexity, integration challenges, and modernization opportunities.
Develop modernization roadmaps aligned with business objectives and organizational transformation initiatives.
Define future-state architectures that leverage cloud-native services, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Evaluate modernization options including:
PeopleSoft upgrades
Re-platforming
Oracle Cloud HCM migration
Hybrid application architectures
SaaS transformation strategies
Cloud Architecture & Migration
Design cloud migration strategies for PeopleSoft workloads.
Lead migration planning and execution for:
Develop high-availability, disaster recovery, security, and scalability architectures.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and regulatory requirements.
Integration Architecture
Data & Analytics Strategy
Develop HCM data modernization approaches and governance frameworks.
Lead data conversion, cleansing, and migration activities.
Design reporting and analytics strategies leveraging:
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with HR, payroll, finance, and business leadership teams to understand modernization objectives.
Present architectural recommendations and transformation roadmaps to executive leadership.
Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions.
Serve as a trusted advisor for HR technology strategy.
Program & Technical Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, business analysts, cloud engineers, and system integrators.
Establish modernization governance processes and architecture review boards.
Mentor technical staff and promote architecture best practices.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience
10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM.
5+ years of architecture leadership experience.
5+ years of enterprise modernization or cloud transformation experience.
Experience leading large-scale HCM transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting complex HR and payroll environments.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $115,100 - $213,700.
