Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, Application Engine, and Oracle databases, along with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions. This role involves application development, integrations, upgrades, production support, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and custom solutions.
• Develop and enhance applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Design, develop, and support REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Develop complex SQL queries, database objects, and Oracle-based solutions.
• Support PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and application migration activities.
• Develop and maintain Application Packages, Fluid UI components, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, DBAs, and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Participate in application deployments, release management, and documentation.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and adherence to development standards.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and production support.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions modules.
• Experience developing REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database development skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.
• Experience with Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft with Oracle Cloud applications.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft modernization initiatives.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid development and mobile-responsive applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
