  • Build trusted relationships across the organization by engaging both senior leaders and frontline employees with equal credibility and presence
  • Lead and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with operational priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and People Relations to deliver integrated, business-focused solutions
  • Navigate sensitive situations with sound judgment, partnering with ER as needed while maintaining a balanced, proactive people strategy approach

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner or business-facing HR roles
  • Experience supporting hourly workforce populations (manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar environments)
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers, resolve conflict, and influence leadership decisions
  • Proven ability to balance tactical execution with strategic workforce planning
  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
  • Solid business acumen across operations, workforce dynamics, and organizational performance
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment with flexibility to support multiple shifts when needed

Work Model & Travel
  • Hybrid role based in the St. Petersburg, FL area (2-3 days onsite weekly)
