As a Project and Operations Leader, you'll drive performance across major engineering projects while influencing strategy, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing innovative operational solutions across Canada.

Your Impact
  • Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, and to exceptional quality standards
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions across project delivery environments
  • Provide strategic oversight and governance to project management practices, ensuring consistency, performance, and risk control
  • Champion business growth by leading bid management activities and contributing to go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategies
  • Strengthen client relationships and expand market presence by identifying opportunities and delivering high-value advisory solutions
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, aligning talent strategies with project and business objectives
  • Optimize resource planning and utilization across multiple projects and programs to maximize efficiency and delivery capability
  • Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational activities


The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Extensive experience leading complex engineering or consulting projects and programs in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience of working in the Rail & Transit industry essential.
  • Proven expertise in project and operational management, including governance, financial performance, and delivery optimization
  • Strong background in bid management and business development, with demonstrated success in winning and delivering major projects
  • Ability to lead and scale teams, with experience in coaching, performance management, and capability development
  • Solid understanding of program management, consultancy environments, and technical project delivery frameworks
  • Professional background in project management (e.g., PMI, APM or equivalent)
  • Significant leadership experience within project delivery or consulting environments
  • Commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance standards in all aspects of work


Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $162,200 - $212,200
MB & ON: $148,000 - $198,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $146,500 - $194,600
