About This RoleAs People Operations Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day systems that keep our team running, such as onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and the events that bring our people together. Responsibilities- Own the onboarding and offboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance through first-week ramp and, when needed, exit logistics
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and day-to-day employee questions
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in our HRIS, ensuring data integrity across systems
- Plan and execute company events and culture initiatives, managing logistics from budget to execution
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, exercising sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information
- Identify gaps in existing People Ops processes and build or improve them - this role has real latitude to fix what's broken
- Support compliance-related recordkeeping and documentation as our team scales
- Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, and department leads to keep People processes running smoothly amid multiple, competing priorities
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of administrative experience, including internships or part-time work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Skills and Experience- Prior experience with an HRIS platform (e.g., Rippling)
- Experience in a startup or other fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Project management experience or exposure to process improvement work
- Experience navigating ambiguity and building process from scratch
Additional Requirements- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly rate for this role is
$38.00 to $48.00.Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
