This role will be part of the People Analytics team within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) at LinkedIn. Our team's mission is to enable agility through better, faster talent decisions.
We are seeking a People Data Enablement Manager to join our Insights Enablement team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring people data solutions are designed, delivered, and adopted in ways that create meaningful business impact.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to understand user needs, define requirements, shape scalable solutions, and drive successful adoption. This is a highly consultative role focused on translating business problems into solutions, leading enablement efforts, and helping users confidently leverage people data to make better decisions.
As LinkedIn continues to invest in self-service analytics, AI-powered experiences, and scalable people data solutions, this role will play a critical part in ensuring employees and leaders have the tools, resources, and support needed to maximize value from those investments.
Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders across GTO and the broader business to understand user needs, gather requirements, and identify high-impact opportunities for people data solutions.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to business leaders, helping define problems, prioritize needs, and recommend scalable approaches.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution recommendations and partner with technical teams to bring those solutions to life.
- Act as the voice of the end user throughout the development process, ensuring solutions are intuitive, useful, and aligned to business needs.
- Develop and execute enablement, communication, and adoption strategies for new tools, dashboards, data products, and AI-powered experiences.
- Design learning resources, training materials, and change management plans that increase user adoption and data fluency.
- Partner with technical teams and vendors to support implementation, testing, and rollout activities.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and gather feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
- Measure adoption and effectiveness of solutions and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business outcomes.
- Support the evolution of LinkedIn's self-service people data strategy, helping leaders access and leverage insights more effectively.
- Drive collaboration across teams and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and user experiences.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a role that involves reporting or converting data into actionable insights for business decision making
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leading change management, communications, enablement, training, or adoption initiatives.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable solutions, products, processes, or programs.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, uncover root causes, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with technical teams, including data, product, engineering, or analytics organizations.
- Familiarity with people data, workforce data, HR systems, or enterprise analytics platforms.
- Experience working with tools such as Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting implementation, rollout, or go-to-market activities for new products, tools, or capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
- Passion for creating user-centered experiences and helping people adopt new ways of working.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $116,000 to $193,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
