What you bring
  • Several years of progressive HR experience with advanced technical or business knowledge in HR services or an HR service center model.
  • Experience with HR benefits processes and working knowledge of HRIS/data management and system testing.
  • Very strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis and validation, and the ability to audit large datasets for reporting and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service, build stakeholder relationships, and act as a local advisor on policies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to work independently on complex activities and mentor others.
  • Proven experience working on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail in identifying data errors in benefit payroll deductions.


What You'll Build

  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration processes, including eligibility, enrollments, life events, terminations, and vendor file feeds with a focus on accuracy, quality control and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal to resolve compliance or data issues.
  • Run payroll reconciliation to ensure prompt billing to benefit carriers.
  • Run regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate payroll deductions and vendor billing.
  • Ensure company intranet pages and internal benefit documentation are consistently updated and maintained to provide accurate and current information to employees.
  • Provide guidance to employees on a wide range of benefit-related topics and support them in resolving complex benefit issues.

Location: This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Newtown Square, PA office.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 69,800-152,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
