about this team

The People & Culture Business Partner team is responsible for providing strategic support to the organization for all people related matters, ranging from organizational development, performance management, employee relations, to team and leadership development. In partnership with the People and Culture Centers of Excellence, they work closely with people managers and employees to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional and innovative people support.

This team supports Global Fulfillment which includes our Distribution Centre Operations, Global Engineering, Global Inbound Logistics, Trade Compliance, Network Strategy, and Operations and Outbound Logistics Leaders and teams.

core responsibilities

This role provides strategic HR advisory and project management support for business-driven initiatives, offering leaders informed options and recommendations to support decision-making. The position is responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining people programs that enable the Global Fulfillment function to grow and scale effectively.
    • Provide advisory, strategic support and project management to the business for the people component of business-driven initiatives
    • Provides relevant data points both internally and externally based on what is occurring in the market and anticipated
    • Implement, manage, and maintain people programs that enable the Global Fulfillment Function to continue to grow and scale operations
    • Lead people initiatives that are driven by the P&C team in support of Global Fulfillment which enable the business to grow and scale
    • Ensure we minimize legal risk and exposure through continuous change and growth, impact overall employee engagement, and support in building our people foundation
    • Communicated difficult concepts and influences the point of view of the business and actions taken
    • Advise the business on recommendations and coordinates proposals for overall people peak season planning strategy
    • Advise the business on recommendations and coordinates proposals for people aspects of business initiatives
qualifications
    • Human Resources, business degree, or equal in job experience
    • Accredited HR Certifications are an asset
    • 3+ years in a consultative or advisory position
    • 2-3 years working in a multi-unit, highly cross-functional environment
    • 2 years of deep technical expertise of Fulfillment and Distribution
    • HR experience in both the US and Canada, including labor laws
    • Experienced with preparing and delivering executive level presentations
    • Highly proficient in Power Point and project management tools
    • Experience leading and implementing strategic projects and large scale people initiatives

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,000-$147,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
