  • Support implementation and management of various HR programs including Performance Management and Training
  • Address complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Analyze and report on relevant HR metrics to inform strategic business decisions

Full Job Description
You as a People & Culture (HR) Manager will:

  • Deliver full recruitment services for multiple areas, including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and employment offers
  • Act as a business partner to your client group, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, with the EllisDon values and Employee Experience at top of mind
  • Support the implementation and management (including launches) of all P&C programs, activities, and annual processes such as Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, Training and Development and Organizational Development, Onboarding, Employee Orientations and Succession Planning
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues while adhering to the appropriate employment legislation
  • Compile relative P&C metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends to strategically support business needs


Is this the right role for you?

  • You have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including hands-on recruitment responsibilities
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management or related field
  • You possess a clear understanding of the HR environment in Texas
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred

  • Being proficient in Spanish is an asset
