Full Job Description
People & Culture Business Partner

This is a Hybrid Role: 3 days in office, 2 days out. You must be within 45 minutes of one of our offices located in:
  • Michigan - Madison Heights, Livonia, or Potterville
  • Florida - Pinellas, Sanford, Hernando, or Panama City
  • South Carolina - Greenville or Charleston
  • Georgia - Augusta or Columbus
  • Alabama - Montgomery, Dothan, or Huntsville


What You'll Do:

Include but are not limited to the following:

Partner & Influence
  • Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance


Drive Employee Experience
  • Lead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
  • Champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture


Leverage Data & Insights
  • Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisions
  • Improve people programs through insights, feedback, and best practices


Develop Talent
  • Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs
  • Support career development and growth across the organization


Ensure Compliance & Consistency
  • Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies
  • Mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience


Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategies

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Environment Experience
  • Background working in remote or hybrid environments
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams


Preferred
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
