The opportunity

Are you passionate about driving organizational and individual behavioral change and learning development? As a Senior in our Business Performance capability, you will play a pivotal role in implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture. You will have the opportunity to understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational structures and contexts, planning and implementing targeted behavior change initiatives developing high quality learning solutions.

Your key responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, role-based training content to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role leads the end-to-end content development lifecycle, translating business process and system changes into engaging, practical learning solutions that drive user readiness, adoption, and long-term capability building.

Training Design & Content Development
  • Design and develop end-user training materials, including instructor-led training (ILT), web-based training (WBT), simulations, and job aids.
  • Translate business process documentation and change impacts into structured, role-based learning content.
  • Create engaging, practical learning experiences that enable users to perform SAP transactions and processes effectively in the future state.
  • Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches to optimize knowledge retention and user adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Validation
  • Partner closely with functional SMEs, business stakeholders, and change management leads to validate content accuracy and relevance.
  • Facilitate working sessions to refine content, incorporate feedback, and drive alignment across workstreams.

End-User Enablement
  • Ensure training content supports business readiness and minimizes disruption during system deployment.
  • Contribute to Train-the-Trainer (TTT) preparation and knowledge transfer activities to enable effective delivery.


To qualify for the role, you must have
  • A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
  • 3-5+ years of experience in learning design, training development, or change management
  • Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
  • Strong instructional design expertise across ILT, Reference Guides and digital learning
  • Ability to translate complex system/process concepts into clear, user-friendly content
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs
  • Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office


Ideally, you'll also have
  • Strong relationship-building and management skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP business processes (Finance, Procurement, MDG, etc.)
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs or consulting environments
  • Exposure to AI-enabled content development tools or digital adoption platforms (LXP, Articulate Rise, Synthesia, Copilot)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact and influence.
  • Digital fluency and hybrid collaboration expertise.
  • Complex problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Aptitude for learning agility and commercial astuteness.

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,600 to $165,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
