Impact
As a People Business Partner, located in Birmingham, AL or Minneapolis, MN you will serve as a critical strategic partner to leadership directly linking business strategy to talent outcomes that drive performance, growth, and organizational health.

While no two days are the same, you will translate business priorities into forward-thinking workforce strategies, architect organizations for absolute clarity, and drive the adoption of initiatives that move the business forward. You will collaborate closely with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to evolve roles, cultivate digital and AI fluency across teams, manage complex employee relations, and implement cyclical HR processes to ensure teams have the structure to deliver results.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • You have 7+ years of experience in a human resources role partnering with senior leaders to drive high engaging and performing teams and lead change
  • You have a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record of improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity
  • You have working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational design, employee and labor relations, performance management, and federal and state employment laws
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret organizational health data, trends, and benchmarks to influence complex business decisions
  • You have effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to act as a trusted confidant and guide leaders through structural shifts
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate messages effectively to all levels of the organization
  • You have experience leveraging emerging HR technologies and generative AI tools to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and uncover actionable workforce insights


Pay Range: $75,200 - $140,000 Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Work Arrangement

To foster connection while offering continued flexibility, hybrid team members have the following in-office expectations:

Hybrid roles in Birmingham, AL typically work in-office at least 2 days per week, with core in-office days on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Hybrid roles in Minneapolis, MN typically work in-office at least 1 day per week on either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

Hybrid roles in San Francisco, CA typically work in-office at least 1 day per week between Monday and Thursday.

Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Please work with your recruiter to learn more about the classification of this role.

Employees (and eligible family members) are covered by medical, dental, vision and more. Employees may enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.
