We’re looking for a highly operational HR Generalist to support our growing Americas region. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, scaling business—perfect for someone who thrives on balancing critical input with real delivery on the ground.

Part of a dynamic, agile organisation you will be owning the day-to-day people operations experience across the Americas region. From supporting employee relations to delivering a masterclass in employee systems beyond onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people practices are consistent, effective, and built for growth.

 

 

  Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end employee relations, coaching managers and managing cases with confidence and compliance
• Delivering operational HR processes across benefits, leave, compliance, and payroll support
• Driving people insights and reporting, translating data into clear actions for leaders
• Supporting performance management, including calibration, PIPs, and development conversations
• Enabling a seamless employee journey from enrolement to queries, you're the go-to for the region
