Full Job Description
What Makes This Role Different
  • One-on-one care every visit. You will work directly with your patients for the full session, building trust and delivering deeper, more effective treatment.
  • One full hour of treatment time. You have an entire hour to listen, assess, treat, educate, and help your patients get the outcomes they deserve.
  • See a maximum of 7 patients per day. This is a pace that allows you to stay present, think clearly, and avoid burnout.
  • A cash-based, relationship-focused model. You can provide higher-quality care without feeling rushed or limited by a high-volume schedule.
  • Motivated patients. You will work with active adults who are invested in getting better, staying strong, and returning to the activities they love.
  • Schedule that supports your life. This role is designed to support both great patient care and work-life balance.

Compensation, Benefits, and Culture

$110,450-$123,450 in total annual compensation value

Base Salary: $92,000-$105,000

In addition to a strong base salary, Body Moksha offers an estimated $18,450 in annual benefits and perks value, bringing the full value of the compensation package to approximately:

What Is Included In The Additional $18,450 Benefits and Perks Value
  • CEU Reimbursement: $2,000. We want you to keep growing as a clinician, deepen your pelvic health expertise, and continue building the skills that make you feel confident and fulfilled in your work.
  • Health Insurance: $3,600. We believe taking care of patients starts with making sure our team is also taken care of.
  • PTO: $4,000. Rest matters. We want you to have time away from the clinic to recharge, enjoy your life, and come back feeling refreshed.
  • Simple IRA: $3,000. We want this to be a place where you can build a future, not just take another job.
  • PTO and Scheduling Flexibility: $4,000. Your schedule should support your life, not work against it. This flexibility helps create better work-life balance while still allowing you to provide excellent patient care.
  • Core Values Awards with Gifts Attached: $50. We celebrate how people show up, not just the work they complete. When team members live out our values, we recognize and appreciate it.
  • Quarterly Team Outings: $400. Great culture does not happen by accident. We make time for the team to connect, have fun, and build relationships outside of the treatment room.
  • Annual Holiday Party: $200. We take time to celebrate the year, the wins, the growth, and the people who made it happen.
  • Birthday Team Lunches: $600. We want our team members to feel seen and appreciated as people, not just providers.
  • Spa Days, Cooking Classes, and Team Experiences: $300. These experiences help make work feel more human, fun, and connected.
  • Team Swag: $300. We love creating a sense of team pride, belonging, and shared identity.

This is more than a standard Pelvic Health PT position. It is an opportunity to work somewhere that values your time, supports your growth, celebrates the team, and gives you the space to provide the kind of care patients deserve.

At Body Moksha, the perks are not just "extras." They reflect the kind of culture we are building: one where people are supported, appreciated, connected, and encouraged to keep growing.

You can also expect:
  • Opportunity for advancement as the clinic grows. Body Moksha is continuing to grow, which means this is not a role where you are expected to stay stagnant. As the clinic expands, there is room for the right person to grow clinically, take on more responsibility, help shape the future of the practice, and build a long-term career here.
  • Company events, team culture, and a supportive environment. We are intentional about creating a workplace where people enjoy being part of the team. From outings and celebrations to everyday support inside the clinic, our goal is to make Body Moksha a place where you feel connected, encouraged, and valued.
  • Free snacks, uniforms, and employee discounts. These may seem like small things, but they are part of how we create a thoughtful, team-centered environment. We want our team to feel taken care of, comfortable, and proud to represent the Body Moksha brand.
