Our multidisciplinary team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pelvic Floor Therapy, working together to create personalized treatment plans that support each patient's unique goals. Schedule & AvailabilityThe Rehabilitation Department operates during the following hours:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Candidates may be considered for full-time or part-time opportunities within these operating hours.*Position Overview: Patient Evaluation & Treatment- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Treat a broad range of pelvic health conditions, including:
- Urinary and bowel dysfunction
- Bladder and Bowel Incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Pelvic pain
- Sexual dysfunction
- Prenatal and Postpartum-related dysfunction
- Post-surgical complications
- Pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction
- Male Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Patient Education- Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment plan, and expected outcomes.
- Develop customized home exercise programs.
- Provide guidance on posture, body mechanics, positioning, transfers, safety, and activity modification.
- Recommend adaptive equipment or environmental modifications when appropriate.
Documentation & Compliance- Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes within the EMR.
- Ensure proper CPT and ICD coding for all services rendered.
- Maintain compliance and documentation standards.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
Collaboration & Professional Excellence- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in department meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in pelvic health rehabilitation.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current New York State Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Experience evaluating and treating pelvic floor dysfunction.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Advanced training or certification in Pelvic Health or Women's Health Physical Therapy.
- Experience treating prenatal and postpartum patients.
