Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and development of complex enterprise Pega solutions for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega architecture, Constellation UX, enterprise integrations, and large-scale application delivery within highly regulated environments.

This role requires a hands-on architect who can drive technical strategy, establish reusable frameworks, mentor development teams, and ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise Pega applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
• Define and implement reusable components, frameworks, and design standards.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and Pega guardrails.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 12+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Pega Lead System Architect
• Active Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification required
• Deep expertise with:
  • Pega Infinity
  • Constellation UX
  • DX API
  • Enterprise application integration patterns
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Common Data Model concepts
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within Financial Services and/or Insurance environments preferred.

Work Authorization

Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position, now or in the future.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 129,000 to 145,000.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
