About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to lead business analysis and requirements management activities for large-scale Pega transformation initiatives within the Financial Services industry.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and Pega solution delivery, with experience supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or other Financial Services organizations. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define requirements, design business solutions, and drive successful Pega implementations leveraging the Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects within Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Financial Services environments.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements and process improvements.
- Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process models, and data mappings.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and development teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective Pega solutions.
- Support implementation of Pega Constellation UX and modular application design principles.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise Common Data Model standards and integration requirements.
- Manage requirement traceability, change requests, stakeholder communications, and business sign-off processes.
- Drive best practices across business architecture, process optimization, and Pega delivery methodologies.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Business Analysis or Business Architecture experience.
- 3+ years of experience delivering Pega-based solutions.
- Pega Business Architect Certification is required.
- Strong understanding of the Pega Infinity Platform.
- Experience working with Pega Constellation UX.
- Experience documenting business requirements, user journeys, business processes, and functional specifications.
- Experience working with Common Data Model concepts and enterprise integration requirements.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) Certification.
- Experience supporting Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth Management, Lending, or Payments organizations.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Consulting services experience.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $165,000/ yearly

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
