We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and promoting the health and well-being of our pediatric patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and physical examinations for infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health status.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses, injuries, and developmental concerns utilizing current clinical practices.
- Develop individualized care plans that include preventive care, immunizations, and health education tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, and behavioral health to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to document patient encounters, manage medical records, and coordinate follow-up care.
- Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on child health issues, nutrition, growth milestones, and disease prevention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
- Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pediatric healthcare services.
Qualifications: - Licensed to work in the state of New York as a Medical Doctor
- Board Certification
- CPR certified
- Knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise
- Minimum 1-year experience in a primary care clinic
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- A valid State Driver's license with clean records and access to insured automobile
