MeBe is seeking an energetic and results-driven Pediatrician Liaison Team Lead based in San Diego to support the performance, development, and onboarding of a small team of Pediatrician Liaisons while continuing to lead outreach efforts within their own assigned territories. This role helps ensure the Liaison team operates with strong organization, clear workflows, and consistent messaging while maintaining high-quality data and outreach standards that support successful referral development and marketing campaigns. The Liaison Lead works closely with the Business Development Specialist Lead to support new hire training, strengthen operational processes, and help the team consistently meet weekly performance goals. About What You'll Work On Team Leadership & Performance • Operate as a player-coach, balancing direct team leadership with select personal outreach to stay close to the work • Lead by example by consistently meeting your own weekly KPIs, with a clear focus on generating and growing referrals for MeBe's ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services • Own overall Liaison team performance across assigned markets, including KPI attainment, consistency of execution, and quality of relationships built • Proactively identify underperformance and drive clear, timely performance improvement plans • Work closely with the BDS Lead to ensure monthly drop lists are completed on time by the BDS and shared with their Liaison. • Escalate issues when blockers prevent Liaison from meeting their weekly drop quotas and see them through resolution. • Provide coaching and support to help team members strengthen outreach effectiveness and territory management • Plan, coordinate and project manage special events from planning through execution for sites based on need. • Identify patterns across outreach efforts (what's working / not working) and continuously refine messaging, drop strategy, and training content • Partner with leadership to improve outreach strategy based on field insights Hiring & Selection • Help define and uphold the hiring bar for Liaisons, ensuring new hires demonstrate strong relationship instincts, organization, and alignment with MeBe's approach • Participate in the interview and selection process for new Liaison hires • Help evaluate candidates based on relationship-building ability, territory organization, and alignment with MeBe's outreach approach • Provide input to leadership on candidate fit and hiring recommendations New Hire Onboarding & Training • Support onboarding and ramp-up for newly hired Liaisons • Train new hires on core Liaison responsibilities and outreach workflows • Teach new hires how to effectively use Badger Maps for route planning and territory management • Lead role training and competency test-outs to ensure new Liaisons are confident and prepared in their responsibilities • Lead and deliver weekly field trainings focused on advancing Liaison effectiveness • Coaching beyond drop-offs into real-time relationship building • Message refinement • Objection handling • Consistent execution of high-quality, insight-driven visits KPI Reporting & Performance Tracking • Monitor and report weekly Liaison KPIs • Ensure CRM hygiene and documentation standards are consistently met across the team • Review and validate data captured from each drop-off to ensure accuracy, completeness, and actionable insight • Track team performance against outreach expectations • Share referral activity with Liaison and BDS team • Audit and approve timecards and mileage reports • Confirm bonus eligibility based on KPI achievement • Provide visibility to leadership on performance trends and opportunities for improvement Administrative & Operational Support • Manage ordering and ongoing refresh of collateral and swag to support monthly drop campaigns. • Compile and send drive-time reports to payroll for Liaison reimbursement • Ensure outreach activity and travel documentation are tracked accurately • Help maintain consistent processes for reporting and reimbursement • Monitor and approve weekly timecards What Success Looks Like • Liaisons consistently meet their weekly outreach KPIs • New hires ramp quickly and demonstrate confidence in the Liaison role • Territory outreach is organized and supported by effective route planning • KPI reporting and bonus tracking are accurate and transparent • Travel documentation and reimbursements are processed efficiently • The Liaison team operates with strong accountability and collaboration Requirements • Experience in community outreach, referral development, or business development in ABA • Strong organizational and coaching skills • Experience supporting team training or mentorship • Comfort using CRM such as Zoho and mapping tools such as Badger Maps • Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities with personal outreach activities • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
